I've been "loosely" following my diet for the last few weeks but still managed to maintain my weight loss. For exercise I've been painting as in painting an outdoor deck. Damn my shoulder may never recover. Back on the real diet next week.
because I keep slippping, a couple of pieces of cheese here, a glass of wine there, no exercise anywhere. Even with the best of intentions I can't make it to Curves. I had intended to go Saturday but there was a tree down across the road during the hours they were open.
However I did receive my new yoga cd's, my doctor recommended yoga to help strengthen the muscles in my head and neck to keep my ears clear. I'm not entirely sure of the connection but I'm willing to try anything. So Yoga for Inflexible People will be my exercise tomorrow

Welcome to Me, myself and I my new weight loss blog. I also blog here however I wanted a blog dedicated to weight loss instead of incorporating it in my regular blog.
I've lost 23 lbs since December and have 48 lbs left to lose. I've been through a series of nutrition for cancer survivors and have a free memembership at Curves. Why I haven't been to Curves yet is a story for another day.
I intend to use this blog as a tool. I'll use it as a food diary and hopefully for moral support fromy my fellow dieters.
