and it wasn't that bad. The wonderful nurse who came and got me said she knew who I was by the deer in the headlights look in my eye.
It took about 2 1/2 hours because the Cytoxin gave me a sinus headache. To make it go away they slow down the infusion rate but it worked. She also told me that because my hair grows fast it will probably fall out sooner, around 2 weeks from now. I think I'm going to schedule the head shaving party for next weekend or some night the following week.
Now about 3 hours later, I'm feeling it kind of catch up with me, a little light headed, a metallic taste in my mouth and diarrhea. I was able to come home and have some soup and CHOCOLATE, probably should have skipped the chocolate but who cares.
I'll close for now. Keep your fingers crossed that this is the worst I feel!
