What's wrong with this picture or the news can be so entertaining

In Springfield, Ohio a man shot his wife, actually his estranged wife, while they were having sex.  He apparently reached for something on the nightstand and the gun went off and struck her in the chest.  Ok I guess that could happen, maybe, how I don't know but let's give them the benefit of the doubt.

So not only are they estranged and having sex, he's also served time in jail for assaulting her AND she has an order of protection filed against him.

Bond was set at $75,000 after prosecutors asked for a high bond, "due to alleged prohibited contact between the parties (and) the suspicious nature of the circumstances surrounding (her injury)."

See, entertaining.

Unbelieveable, Winecat. I heard that first thing this morning on the news. I'm like, "Yeah, RIGHT, they were having sex...That is about the LAMEST defense of an outright murder that I ever heard." Nice way to start the morning. Put me on the jury...PLEASE!!!!
